THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS ENDING CHRONIC AND VETERAN'S HOMELESSNESS BY PROVIDING SAFE, TEMPORARY SHELTER, SKILLDEVELOPMENT AND REFERRALS TO RECOVERY SERVICES TO SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS TO ASSIST THEM INBECOMING SELF-SUFFICIENT.

VETERANS LIFE WAY CENTER - THE VETERANS LIFE WAY CENTER IS A TRANSITIONAL MALE-ONLY LIVING FACILITY FOR VETERANS OF THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES. THIS TWELVE-BED FACILITY ACTS AS A TEMPORARY HOUSING ARRANGEMENT WHILE PROVIDING WRAP-AROUND SERVICES TO THOSE WHO BRAVELY SERVED OUR NATION THROUGHOUT THEIR LIFE. DURING 2023, 348 PEOPLE WERE SERVED AT THIS CENTER.
LIBERTY CENTER - THE LIBERTY CENTER IS A 2 HOUSE - 4 BED TRANSITIONAL LIVING FACILITY THAT ASSISTS RETURNING CITIZENS FROM INCARCERATION PROVIDING RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE MADE PAROLE BUT HAVE NO HOME AVAILABLE. INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE LEAVING INCARCERATION AND HAVE A HISTORY OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM. DURING 2023, 27 PEEOPLE WERE SERVED AT THIS CENTER.
TWIN CITIES - TWIN CITIES IS A 16 BED FACILITY SERVING INDIVIDUALS DIAGNOSED WITH MENTAL OR CHRONIC ILLNESS, CAUSING BARRIERS TO PERMANENT LIFETIME RESIDENCE. THIS IS A CO-ED FACILITY SERVING AS A HOME FOR THOSE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED LONG-TERM PERIOD OF HOMELESSNESS, RELATED TO MENTAL ILLNESS (INCLUDING SUD) AND ADDITIONAL ILLNESS, AND ARE NOT ABLE TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY DUE TO THESE FACTORS. DURING 2023, 252 PEOPLE WERE SERVED AT THIS FACILITY.
