PROVIDE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING FOR EMPLOYEES OF FNSB SCHOOL DISTRICT; MONITOR NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT; PROCESS GRIEVANCES; PROMOTE TEACHING THROUGH PUBLIC RELATIONS CAMPAIGN.
SPONSOR SEMINARS AND COURSES FOR MEMBERS THROUGH AN INSTRUCTIONAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE. MEMBERS ARE ELECTED TO REPRESENT FEA AT STATE/NATIONAL CONVENTIONS.
THROUGH AN ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL/BOARD OF DIRECTORS, MEMBERS GOVERN THE ASSOCIATION AND ARE KEPT INFORMED OF ACTIVITIES.
