TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT,ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVATION,AND HERITAGE CONSERVATION IN TIBETAN COMMUNITIES LOCATED IN THE PROVINCES OF GANSU, SICHUAN,QINGHAI,YUNNAN AND THE TIBET AUTONOMOUS REGIONS OF CHINA.OUR PRIORITY IS TO ASSIST THE MOST DISADVANTAGED TIBETAN COMMUNITIES WHICH LACK OR HAVE LIMITED ACCESSTO ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES,TECHNICALSKILLS,EDUCATION,AND HEALTHCARE.OUR MAIN PROJECT SITES ARE IN NOMADIC AND SEMI-NOMADIC REGIONS WHOSE INHABITANTS RELY ON RAISING AND HERDING LIVESTOCK AND ARE PARTICULARLY VULNERABLE TO ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL TRANSITIONS.
