2021 OUTCOMES: MEASURED PROGRAM OUTCOMES FOR PERMANENTLY HOUSED (PH) FAMILIES ONLY: 136 LOW-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS WERE SERVED; 99 OF THESE HOUSEHOLDS SIGNED LEASES TO SECURE PH AND 49 FAMILIES EXITED OUR RAPID REHOUSING PROGRAM WITH THE FOLLOWING RESULTS: 94% RETAINED PERMANENT HOUSING AT EXIT (GOAL IS 80%) 55% WERE EMPLOYED AT EXIT (GOAL IS 50%) 71% MAINTAINED OR INCREASED THEIR INCOME (GOAL IS 60%) 12% GRADUATED OR WERE ENROLLED IN AN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM AT EXIT (NO GOAL)
