MEETING BASIC NEEDS FOR FOOD, PERSONAL HYGIENE, CLOTHING, TRANSPORTATION, AND MEDICAL SERVICES AND ADDICTION TREATMENT REFERRALS. DURING 2021, WE SERVED 381 UNDUPLICATED YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS WHO VISITED THE RESOURCE CENTER 4,013 TIMES. WE SERVED 9,479 MEALS AND HAD 2,500 BED NIGHTS. CLIENTS VISITED THE CLOTHING ROOM 2,032 TIMES, TOOK 321 SHOWERS, ISSUED 88 BUS PASSES, AND VISITED TO DO LAUNDRY 100 TIMES.
ASSESSMENT, INTAKE, CASE MANAGEMENT FOR YOUTH. CONNECTING YOUTH WITH SCHOOLS AND GED PROGRAMS. EMPLOYMENT SEARCH AND JOB COACHING TO CONNECT YOUTH TO EMPLOYMENT SOURCES AND OPPORTUNITIES. DURING 2021, WE HELPED INDIVIDUALS REPLACE IDENTIFYING DOCUMENTS INCLUDING STATE ID, BIRTH CERTIFICATES, AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS. WE ASSISTED 39 YOUTH WITH EMPLOYMENT AND 77 WITH RESUME PREPERATION. YOUNG PEOPLE BECAME HOUSED THROUGH OTHER PROGRAMS, FAMILY REUNIFICATION OR THEIR OWN RENTALS. 39 COMPLETED A SELF-IDENTIFIED EDUCATION ACHIEVEMENT. SERVED 56 WITH BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES WITH 473 THERAPY HOURS AND 30 GROUP THERAPY SESSIONS. HELPED YOUTH AVOID HOMELESSNESS WITH DIVERSIONS AND POSTIVE MOVEMENTS WITHIN/OUT OF THE EMERGENCY HOMELESS RESPONSE SYSTEM. PROVIDED 5 INDIVIUALS MATCHES TO HOST HOMES.
