OUR LEADERSHIP KITSAP 2021-2022 CURRICULUM YEAR SAW THE RETURN OF OUR SIGNATURE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM WITH 28 PARTICIPANTS IN OUR 10-MONTH ADULT EDUCATION CIVIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM. PARTICIPANTS COMPLETED FIVE COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECTS. COMMITTED TO OUR WORK OF FOSTERING AND EMPOWERING EDUCATED, PREPARED, AND ENGAGED COMMUNITY LEADERS; WE ALSO HELD THREE LIFT: KITSAP WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP NETWORK VIRTUAL PROGRAMS, FIFTEEN CONVERSATION WITH A COMMUNITY LEADER SHOWS ON BKAT (OUR LOCAL PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION STATION), A LEADING THROUGH CONFLICT & CHANGE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP, AS WELL AS TWO NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR ALUMNI TO CONNECT AND LEARN. DURING THE 20-21 YEAR THE TRADITIONAL CIVIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM WAS PAUSED DUE TO COVID-19 AND KITSAP LEADERSHIP SERVED OUR ALUMNI AND COMMUNITY THROUGH THROUGH VARIOUS ON-LINE PROGRAMS.
