IN FOSTERING AMATEUR COMPETITION, EXCEL WILL NOT DISCRIMINATE ON THE BASIS OF AGE, SEX, RACE, RELIGION, NATIONAL ORIGIN, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, GENDER IDENTITY, OR PHYSICAL OR MENTAL DISABILITY.
