FALL CONFERENCE IS A LARGE 3 DAY EVENT THAT BRINGS OVER A HUNDRED VENDORS THAT THE MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATORS CAN LEARN FROM. THEY RECEIVE EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE TO GROW PROFESSIONALLY AND FINIDING NEW WAYS TO DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE WITH LESS. THE MINI CONFERENCES HAVE BROADENED OUR EDUCATIONAL PARTNERS PROGRAM OVER THE COURSE OF SEVERAL YEARS AND HAS PROVIDED WAMOA THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPANT OUR LEADERSHIP TRAINING RFOR ALL OUR MEMBERS. TRAINING INCLUDED ROOF AND WALL RESTORATION, SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION BUILDING SURVEY, PROMOTE AND SUSTAIN PEST MANAGEMENT, HIGH EFFICENCY BOILERS, TURF FERTILITY MANAGEMENT, AND FIRE & SECURITY COMMUNICATION.


JOHN HEMLINGER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM IS A RECOGNITION THAT BELIEVES AN INDIVIDUAL IS A LIFE LONG LEARNER AND VISION OF WAMOA SPONSORING SCHOLARSHIPS TO ASSIST MEMBERS.


WAMOA LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES AND MINI TRAINING CONFERENCES ARE HELD BASE ON NEED IN EACH REGIONAL AREA IN WASHINGTON STATE. BOARD MEMBERS REVIEW NEEDS AND ELECT WHERE AND WHAT TOPIC IS DISCUSSED.
