THE MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. SCHOLARSHIP FUND AWARDS COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO RESIDENT HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS BASED ON ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AND FINANCIAL NEED.


SPECIAL ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS INCLUDING FORUMS FOR COMMUNITY ISSUES, FREE AND LOW-COST CULTURAL ACTIVITIES AND VOLUNTEER PARK MAINTENANCE.


THE MOUNT BAKER VIEW IS THE MBCC NEWSLETTER MAILED TO EVERY HOUSEHOLD IN MOUNT BAKER'S COMMUNITY BOUNDARIES FOUR TIMES PER YEAR. SENT TO OVER 4,000 HOUSEHOLDS WITHIN OUR COMMUNITY BOUNDARIES AND 1,300 HOUSEHOLDS ADJOINING THE BOUNDARIES, THE NEWSLETTER REPORTS ON EVENTS AND ISSUES IMPACTING OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY.
