THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES SUN HOUSE, AN EMERGENCY SHELTER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE HOMELESS AND HAVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ISSUES, SERVING 9 PEOPLE AT A TIME FOR APPROXIMATELY 55 PEOPLE PER YEAR, PROVIDING MEDICATION MONITORING, MEALS, BEDS AND 24-HOUR SUPERVISION.


SUN COMMUNITY SERVICE OPERATES THE I-STREET HOUSE, A PERMANENT SUPPORTED HOUSING PROJECT FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE A DISABLING CONDITION AND ARE HOMELESS, PROVIDING SUPPORTIVE SERVICES 20 HOURS PER WEEK, INCLUDING MEDICATION MONITORING, LIFE SKILLS TRAINING AND CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR 5 CLIENTS AT A TIME.
