THE MISSION OF KING COUNTY BAR ASSOCIATION IS TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT A DIVERSE AND COLLEGIAL MEMBERSHIP; WORK WITH THE JUDICIARY TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE, EQUITY, AND ACCESSIBILITY IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE; AND BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY THROUGH PUBLIC SERVICE AND ENGAGEMENT IN PUBLIC POLICY.

CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION - ORGANIZE 40-50 LIVE SEMINARS AND CONFERENCES ANNUALLY, AS WELL AS A VARIETY OF EDUCATIONAL AUDIO/VIDEO PROGRAMS AND HELPFUL PUBLICATIONS.


LAWYER REFERRAL SERVICES - EACH YEAR, THE LAWYER REFERRAL SERVICES RESPONDS TO ABOUT 16,000 CALLERS, REFERRING THEM TO ATTORNEYS IN MANY AREAS OF LAW OR TO RELEVANT AGENCIES.


PRO BONO SERVICES - PROVIDES FREE DIRECT REPRESENTATION TO LOW-INCOME KING COUNTY RESIDENTS ON A BROAD ARRAY OF CIVIL LEGAL ISSUES.
