THE MISSION OF THE TOP FLIGHT ELITE IS TO TEACH LIFE LESSONS THROUGH THE GAME OF BASKETBALL. WE ARE DEDICATED TO THE PRINCIPLE THAT SUCCESS IS NOT GIVEN, BUT EARNED THROUGH HARD WORK, DEDICATION AND FOCUS. WE WANT TO USE THE GAME OF BASKETBALL AS AN INSTRUMENT TO TEACH LIFE SKILLS TO YOUTH INTERESTED IN PURSUING BASKETBALL AS A MEANS TO EARNING A COLLEGE DEGREE.

TOP FLIGHT ELITE BASKETBALL STRIVES TO PROVIDE A PLATFORM FOR PLAYERS TO GROW YEAR AROUND BY COMPETING AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL POSSIBLE. TOP FLIGHT ELITE PARTICIPATES IN THE PREEMINENT LOCAL, REGIONAL AND NATIONAL AAU BASKETBALL TOURNAMENTS. PLAYERS ARE EXPECTED TO COMMIT TO 6-8 TOURNAMENTS OVER THE COURSE OF THE PROGRAM SEASON. SOME TOURNAMENTS WILL BE LOCAL AND OTHERS WILL BE OUT-OF-TOWN, AND MAY REQUIRE AN OVERNIGHT STAY. WE SERVE OVER 250 YOUTH BASKETBALL PLAYERS IN THE GREATER BAY AREA. WE HAVE A TOTAL OF TWENTY TEAMS THAT PLAY IN AAU SANCTIONED BASKETBALL TOURNAMENTS.
