TCF IS A PARENTING EDUCATION AND CHILDHOOD PLAY CENTER FOR CHILDREN AGES BIRTH - 48 MONTHS. TCF EMPOWERS FAMILES THROUGH PARENTING EDUCATION, EARLY CHILDHOOD LEARNING EXPERIENCES, AND A SUPPORTIVE COMMUNITY.

TCF CELEBRATED OUR 20TH ANNIVERSARY. WE STARTED OUR NEW PARENT POD PROGRAM, HELPED 15 FAMILIES WITH NEWBORNS, COVERED THE TUITION OF FIVE CHILDREN, AND EXPANDED OUR DIGITAL LIBRARY OFFERING REMOTE SERVICES AND SUPPORT.IN 2021, WE BEGAN TO BRING FAMILIES BACK TO IN PERSON SERVICES IN A SAFE MANNER.
