IT OFFERS A RANGE OF SERVICES, INCLUDING EXERCISE CLASSES, COOKING AND NUTRITION CLASSES, AND MONTHLY INTERACTIVE PRESENTATIONS LED BY SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKERS. THE PROGRAM AIMS TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE OF PARTICIPANTS.
