EXECUTE REGULAR PRACTICES FOR CHOIR MEMBERS IN PREPARATION FOR COMMUNITY CONCERTS AND TO FUND INSURANCE FOR PROGRAMMING.
FORMALLY ORGANIZE THE CHOIR INTO A NONPROFIT AND ORGANIZE A BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO ENSURE THE CONSISTENT DELIVERY OF THE OUR MISSION TO THE COMMUNITY THAT WE SERVE.
DEVELOP A TECHNOLOGY AND SOCIAL MEDIA OUTREACH PROGRAM TO INCREASE COMMUNITY VISIBILITY AND ACCESS TO OUR PROGRAMS.
BEGIN THE PROCESS OF EXPLORING WHETHER WE SHOULD EXPAND THE COMMUNITY THAT WE SERVE BY FOUNDING A CHILDREN'S CHOIR.
