THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, RELIGIOUS, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING, THE SPECIFIC PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CORPORATION SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: (A) TO BE A CONDUIT TO FLEXIBLE CONTRACT WORK IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY FOR FAMILIES SEEKING TO EASE THE BURDEN OF CATHOLIC AND GENERAL EDUCATION COSTS. (B) TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR CATHOLIC EDUCATION EXPERIENCES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CATHOLIC SCHOOL TUITION AND FEES. 2023 ACCOMPLISHMENTS: OUR MEMBERSHIP IS NOW AT APPROXIMATELY 365. WE ASSISTED PEOPLE WITH RAISING FUNDS FOR EDUCATION FROM 39 DIFFERENT SCHOOLS. OUR REVENUE REACHED 477,414 JUST SHY OF OUR 500K GOAL. 474,193 FROM CONCESSIONS/SERVICE PLACEMENTS. 2024 GOALS: TO CONTINUE TO GROW MEMBERSHIP, ALLOWING US TO PROVIDE MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR FUNDRAISING GIVING BENEFIT TO AS MANY MEMBERS AS POSSIBLE. THIS WILL INCLUDE POSSIBLE ADDITION OF NEW CLIENTS AND HIGHER COMMITMENTS TO EXISTING CLIENTS. WE HAVE SET A NEW 2024 INCOME GOAL OF 550K.
