THE CENTER SERVES INDIVIDUALS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND NONPROFITS THROUGH DAILY CLASSES (ONLINE AND IN-PERSON), EDUCATIONAL WORKSHOPS, AND RETREATS (DAY-LONG AND MULTI-DAY). THE CENTER'S EDUCATION CURRICULUM (WORKSHOPS) CENTERS ON ALL DIMENSIONS OF LIVING A HEALTHY LIFE - SLEEP, NUTRITION, GRIEF, TECHNOLOGY, COMMUNICATION, MOVEMENT, PARENTING, KIDS, BURNOUT, RESLIENCE, AND PURPOSE. THE CURRICULUM IS TAUGHT BY CENTER TEACHERS AS WELL AS TEACHERS AND PARTNERS OF THE CENTER FROM AROUND THE WORLD.
