PROVIDED ADULT DAY CARE FOR 82 PARTICIPANTS AND SUPPORTIVE/RESPITE SERVICES FOR THEIR FAMILY CAREGIVERS. RECEIVED THE USE OF FACILITIES (VALUE OF $36,000) FROM FUNDING SOURCES IN SUPPORT OF THIS PROGRAM. OAKWOOD CREATIVE CARE IS THE INDUSTRY LEADER IN PROVIDING DIVERSE AND INNOVATIVE CARE FOR THE AGING POPULATION IN DIGNIFYING, ENGAGING, AND PERSON-CENTRIC SERVICES THAT ENHANCE THE LIVES OF ALL OUR PARTICIPATING CLUB MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
