UNDER ARIZONA LAW, THE ORGANIZATION IS CLASSIFIED AS A SCHOOL TUITION ORGANIZATION WHOSE CONTRIBUTIONS ARE ALLOWED A TAX CREDIT AGAINST STATE TAXES. THE ORGNAIZATION AWARDS EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO STUDENTS AT PRIVATE SCHOOLS THAT MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA AS SET FORTH BY THE STATE OF ARIZONA. THE MOST IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION IS FINANCIAL NEED, BUT OTHER FACTORS CAN BE CONSIDERED. STUDENTS QUALIFYING ARE IN GRADES K-12.
