AVIVA QALICB HOLDS THE AVIVA HEALTH ROSEBURG CLINIC BUILDING AND UNDERLYING LAND AS ASSETS AND WILL LEASE THE BUILDING TO COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND OTHER ENTITIES FOR PERFORMANCE, GATHERING, REHEARSAL, MEETING AND OFFICE SPACE.
