BPM MADE A MASSIVE IMPACT IN 2022. SPECIFICALLY, WE LAUNCHED ADDITIONAL COHORTS OF OUR LEVEL UP PROGRAM GEARED TOWARD HELPING BLACK PRODUCT MANAGERS UP LEVEL THEIR SKILLS AND GAIN NEW ROLES IN PRODUCT MANAGEMENT. IN OUR 8-WEEK PROGRAM ACROSS 2 COHORTS, WE HAD 1,000 APPLICANTS AND 125 PARTICIPANTS ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM. 95% OF PARTICIPANTS COMPLETED THE PROGRAM. WE ALSO PARTNERED WITH OVER 25 COMPANIES IN THE UNITED STATES AND HOSTED 20 VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON PRODUCT WORKSHOPS FOR OUR MEMBERS. OUR SIGNATURE BPM CONFERENCE HOSTED OVER 350 DIVERSE PRODUCT MANAGERS OVER 3 DAYS IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA. WE HAD PREEMINENT SPEAKERS LIKE THE CPO OF META AND SAW OUR SPONSORS USE THE EVENT AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO RECRUIT OUR MEMBERS AND ATTENDEES INTO NEW ROLES. IN 2022 WE HELPED MORE THAN 150 UNDERREPRESENTED PRODUCT PROFESSIONALS LAND JOB OFFERS OR OBTAIN A PROMOTION. FINALLY, IN 2022 WE OFFICIALLY GREW OUR COMMUNITY TO OVER 2,000+ MEMBERS.
