UNITED WAY OF LARIMER COUNTY DIRECTS FUNDING AND RESOURCES TO LOCAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS SERVING OUR MOST IMPACTED COMMUNITIES, TO ACHIEVE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN THE AREAS OF YOUTH & EDUCATION, FINANCIAL STABILITY, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND NONPROFIT EXCELLENCE. UNITED WAY OF LARIMER COUNTY RESPONSIBILITY FULFILLS DONOR INTENT, INCLUDING DONATIONS THAT ARE DESIGNATED TO NONPROFIT AGENCIES OTHER THAN UNITED WAY OF LARIMER COUNTY. UNITED WAY OF LARIMER COUNTY PROCESSED $1.2 MILLION IN DONOR DESIGNATIONS, DISTRIBUTING FUNDS TO HUNDREDS OF NONPROFIT AGENCIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY. UNITED WAY VERIFIES THAT EACH AGENCY IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE CHARITABLE DONATIONS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE USA PATRIOT ACT AND OTHER COUNTERTERRORISM LAWS.
