THE C4 PROGRAM IS A TWO YEAR NATIONAL FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM THAT OFFERS TEN 3-DAY COHORT SESSIONS OVER TWO YEARS THAT COVER CORE COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESSFUL CHARTER MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION (CMO) CEO'S AND OTHER EXECUTIVES INCLUDING STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT, ORGANIZATIONAL DIRECTION-SETTING; DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION (DEI) CURRICULUM, AND LEADING AND DEVELOPING OTHERS.
