THE CORPORATION WILL ALSO OPERATE FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADVOCATING FOR ENERGY MARKET REFORMS TO PROMOTE SAVINGS FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL ELECTRIC RATEPAYERS.
