BEST START FOR KID'S HOME-BASED SERVICES: COMMUNITY-BASED DOULA PROGRAMS PROVIDE CULTURALLY RELEVANT DOULA SERVICES FROM 28 WEEKS OF PREGNANCY TO THE BABY'S FIRST YEAR. 206 NEW CLIENTS ENROLLED INTO BIRTH DOULA PROGRAM. 93.6% OF CLIENTS INITIATED BREAST-FEEDING FOR THE BIRTH DOULA PORGRAM. HAD 156 BIRTHS FOR THE BIRTH DOULA PROGRAM.
PHPDA/DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH'S BIRTH EQUITY PROGRAM: BLACK BUNDLE OF JOY PROGRAM PROVIDES EVIDENCE BASED WRAP AROUND SERVICES TO FIRST TIME BLACK PARENTS. BBJ'S INTENTION IS TO COMBAT THE BLACK MATERNITY MORTALITY IN AMERICA.
