DOCA WILL ENGAGE A NATIONAL NETWORK OF HIGH NET WEALTH DONORS OF COLOR, ORGANIZERS, AND PHILANTHROPIC PROFESSIONALS TO USE BOTH THEIR RESOURCES AND THEIR INFLUENCE IN THE POLITICAL SPACE WHERE COMMUNITIES ARE MOST OFTEN UNDER-REPRESENTED. THIS UNDER-REPRESENTATION RESULTS IN RACIAL DISPARITY THROUGH POLICY AND DECISION-MAKING, AND THEIR INTERESTS WILL BE REFLECTED ONLY WHEN THESE DONORS OF COLOR ARE ABLE TO STAND STRONG IN THOSE SPACES.
