IN EFFORTS TO RECRUIT, REVITALIZE, AND RETAIN EDUCATORS OF COLOR, THE TEACHERS' LOUNGE DEVELOPS AND IMPLEMENTS INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS FOR BUILDING MORE DIVERSE, EQUITABLE, AND INCLUSIVE LEARNING AND PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENTS FOR ALL STAKEHOLDERS.

Part 3 - Line 4a
DURING FISCAL YEAR 2022, THE TEACHERS' LOUNGE INCREASED ITS MEMBERSHIP TO OVER 2,000 EDUCATORS OF COLOR AND INTRODUCED CLOC FELLOWSHIP FOR ANY EARLY CAREER EDUCATORS OF COLOR. THE ORGANIZATION LAUNCHED A NEW MONTHLY EVENT SERIES, THE COACHING LAB, TO ADDRESS THE NEEDS OF EDUCATORS OF COLOR. ADDITIONALLY, THEY HOSTED THEIR LARGEST EVENT TO DATE AT THE MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS, WITH OVER 4,200 ATTENDEES.
