TIEGERMAN'S MOTTO, "GIVING OUR CHILDREN A VOICE", REFLECTS OUR GOAL TO MEET THE NEEDS OF PRESCHOOL AND SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN WITH SEVERE LANGUAGE AND AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS. WE BELIEVE THAT STUDENTS WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDERS HAVE UNDERLYING LANGUAGE DISORDERS.

DURING THE YEAR-ENDED JUNE 30, 2021, TIEGERMAN PROVIDED SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICES TO MORE THAN 450 SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN AND 75 PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN EITHER A SELF CONTAINED OR INTEGRATED ENVIRONMENT. IN ADDITON, THE SCHOOL PROVIDED DAY-CARE SERVICES, MULTI-DISCIPLINARY EVALUATIONS FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN, PROVIDED RELATED SERVICES AND 1:1 AID SERVICES TO PRESCHOOL CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, AND PROVIDED EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES TO CHILDREN BIRTH TO 3.
