FEAST COLLECTIVE'S SOLE ACTIVITY, OUR CHEF PROGRAM, IS A TAKEOUT, CATERING, AND A DINE-IN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT THAT EXISTS FOR THE EMPOWERMENT OF POOR, DISADVANTAGED, DISTRESSED, AND UNDERPRIVILEGED PEOPLE. IN 2019 FEAST COLLECTIVE BEGAN PHASE ONE: CATERING. IN 2020 WE BEGAN PHASE TWO: NO-CONTACT TAKEOUT. DURING 2021 WE OPENED PHASE THREE: DINE-IN SERVICE WITH PATIO DINING IN APRIL 2021 AND INDOOR DINING IN OCTOBER 2021. WE BELIEVE DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION CAN HAPPEN AROUND THE TABLE. WE ARE A NONPROFIT RESTAURANT AND CATERING COMPANY IN SPOKANE THAT FEATURES A ROTATING GROUP OF FORMER REFUGEE AND IMMIGRANT CHEF-ENTREPRENEURS. AS THEY SHARE FLAVOR AND CULTURE FROM THEIR ORIGINAL HOME CULTURES, OUR CHEF PARTNERS LEARN CAREER SKILLS, EARN GREAT INCOME, AND BUILD COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS.
