VIGILANCE LAW ENFORCEMENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS VIGILANCE LEMC) IS A CHARITABLE INCORPORATION WHOSE MAIN GOAL IS TO PROVIDE PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND FINANCIAL RELIEF TO FIRST RESPONDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHO HAVE BEEN INJURED OR HAVE PASSED AWAY IN THE LINE OF DUTY WHILE WORKING TO DEFEND AMERICAS PEOPLE AND LIBERTIES. THE INCORPORATION CONSISTS WHOLLY OF FIRST RESPONDERS (LAW ENFORCEMENT). AS A CERTIFIED 501(C)(3) CHARITY WE TAKE PRIDE IN HOSTING FUNDRAISERS FOR ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS THAT ALIGN WITH OUR CORE MISSION. DISTRIBUTIONS ARE THEN MADE TO OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH 501(C)(3) CODE. OUR CHARITY IS ORGANIZED AND WILL BE OPERATED WITH FULL DEDICATION FOR FIRST RESPONDERS AND THEIR FAMILIES.AT VIGILANCE LEMC WE WILL CONSISTENTLY STRIVE TO HELP OUR COMMUNITY OF FIRST RESPONDERS.
