ALL 14 TOWNHOMES IN THE BOULEVARD ONE COMMUNITY WERE SOLD IN THE FIRST AND SECOND QUARTERS OF 2020. CCLT ASSISTED TEN HOMEOWNERS WITH RESALES OF THEIR HOMES IN THE FIRST HALF OF THE YEAR. AS OF 7/31/20, CCLT MERGED WITH HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF METRO DENVER. THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR WAS SPENT WORKING ON THE DISSOLUTION OF THE ORGANIZATION.
