TO ACQUIRE, DESIGN, RESTORE, DEVELOP, MAINTAIN, PRESERVE AND PROTECT AN ENVIRONMENTAL PRESERVE THAT ENCOURAGES THE PUBLIC TO EXPLORE THE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN ECOLOGICAL PROCESSES AND SUSTAINABLE LIVING IN THE HIGH PLAINS REGION OF COLORADO.HPF IS PLANNING FOR DEVELOPMENT OF PHASE TWO OF OUR VISITOR CENTER, THE HABITAT FACTORY, A WORKING GREENHOUSE AND CLASSROOM THAT WILL HIGHLIGHT THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN NATIVE PLANTS AND WILDLIFE.THE HPF IS A FUNDING ORGANIZATION FOR THE HIGH PLAINS ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER (HPEC). HPF HELPS RAISE FUNDS FOR CAPITOL PROJECTS THAT ARE MANAGED AND OPERATED BY HPEC.
