ATHLETE EDUCATION AND COMMUNICATIONS- EDUCATION SESSIONS AND PUBLICATIONS PROMOTING HEALTHY AND ETHICAL DECISION-MAKING BY ATHLETES, PARENTS, COACHES, AND OTHER SUPPORT PERSONNEL HELP TO DETER THE USE OF PROHIBITED SUBSTANCES AND METHODS.
