THE ORGANIZATIONS PRIMARY MISSION IS TO PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS INSPIRED LEARNING, DEVELOPMENT, AND NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER-DRIVEN VALUE, INNOVATION, TRANSFORMATION SKILLS AND TECHNIQUES, AND LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY.

SUMMER INSTITUTE IS A UNIQUE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE DESIGNED FOR CEOS AND THEIR TEAMS TO LEARN FROM WORLD CLASS LEARNING PARTNERS. DURING THE PROGRAM, TEAMS PARTICIPATE IN INTERACTIVE LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND DISCUSS KEY CONCEPTS IN ORDER TO TRANSLATE THEM INTO ACTIONABLE SOLUTIONS THAT FIT THEIR INSTITUTIONS NEEDS. APPROXIMATELY 270 ATTENDEES AND THEIR ORGANIZATIONS BENEFITTED FROM THIS PROGRAM.


CEO/REPS MEETING - ANNUAL FORUM FOR MEMBER CEOS AND INSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVES TO WORK WITH LEARNING PARTNER SENIOR EXECUTIVES TO DISCUSS THE CONCEPTS AND STRATEGIES THAT HAVE LED THEM TO ACHIEVE PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE. THIS ALLOWS MEMBER CEOS/REPS TO ADDRESS THEIR SPECIFIC LEADERSHIP CHALLENGES AND SHAPE LEARNING FOR THE SUMMER INSTITUTE. CEO NETWORKING SESSIONS ARE PRIVATE, FACILITATED SESSIONS WHICH PROVIDE CEOS A SAFE SPACE TO HAVE OPEN, HONEST CONVERSATIONS ABOUT CURRENT EVENTS AND HOT BUTTON ISSUES IMPACTING THEIR CAMPUSES. APPROXIMATELY 170 ATTENDEES AND THEIR ORGANIZATIONS BENEFITTED FROM 12 MONTHLY SESSIONS.
