ACCOUNTABLE CARE COLLABORTIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH REGION 3 PROVIDED BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE TO APPROXIMATELY 349,000 UNDERSERVED MEDICAID MEMBERS OF ADAMS, ARAPAHOE, DOUGLAS AND ELBERT COUNTIES THROUGHOUT 2021.


ACCOUNTABLE CARE COLLABORTIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH REGION 5 PROVIDED BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE TO APPROXIMATELY 142,000 UNDERSERVED MEDICAID MEMBERS OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF DENVER THROUGHOUT 2021.


CHILD HEALTH PLAN PLUS PROVIDED HEALTHCARE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR APPROXIMATELY 35,000 UNDERPRIVILEDGED CHILDREN THROUGHOUT 2021.


THE PRIMARY COMPONENT OF OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING 1) THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES (CLAIMS PAYMENT, NETWORK DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE) PROVIDED TO THE STATE OF COLORADO'S DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE POLICY AND FINANCING FOR THE DEPARTMENT'S CHILD HEALTH PLAN PLUS STATE MANAGED CARE NETWORK. THIS PROGRAM ENDED 6/30/21. 2) THE COMPANY ALSO MANAGED THE ASO CONTRACTS FOR TWO OF THE SEVEN REGIONS IN THE STATE'S ACCOUNTABLE CARE COLLABORATIVE PHYSICAL HEALTH PROGRAMS.
