THE JUMP FOR LIFE PROGRAM PROMOTES REGULAR PHYSCIAL ACTIVITY IN CHILDREN BY PROVIDING JUMP ROPES, ACTIVITY LOGGERS AND INSTRUCTIONAL DVDS AT EACH WELL CHILD VIST FOR AGES 6 TO 12 YEARS OLD.
THE FOUNDATION WORKS TO MEET THE MEDICAL AND HEALTH NEEDS OF LOW INCOME FAMILIES. A GRANT WAS MADE TO CCHAP - COLORADO CHILDREN'S HEALTHCARE ACCESS PROGRAM.THIS ORGANIZATION IS DEVELOPING A PLAN TO ADDRESS ISSUES FOR CHILDREN THAT COLORADO MEDICAID VIEWS AS MOST IMPORTANT AND WILL BENEFIT CHILDREN COVERED BY MEDICAID: REDUCING ER VISITS ALONG WITH PROVIDING PREVENTIVE CARE IN THE MEDICAL HOME.
