LAND CONSERVATION: STEWARDSHIP AND ACCEPTANCE OF NEW CONSERVATION EASEMENTS (INCLUDES LAND ASSESSMENT, LAND OWNER NEGOTIATION, MONITORING AND TITLE REVIEW.) 2598 ACRES ARE CURRENTLY MONITORED AT 15 DIFFERENT SITES.
TRAINING AND EDUCATION: PROVIDE PROGRAMS TO CONNECT PEOPLE TO THE LAND AND PROVIDE EDUCATION ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF LAND CONSERVATION. THIS INCLUDES NATURE WALKS AND SPEAKER SEMINARS.
