PROVIDE RECOGNITION OF PLAYERS, COACHES, REFEREES, AND VOLUNTEERS AT ALL LEVELS OF PARTICIPATION. TO BE AN ORGANIZATION THAT INVOLVES POSITIVE ROLE MODELING AND PROVDES LEADERSHIP TO THE SPORTS COMMUNITY AT LARGE.
