MOUNTAIN FAMILY HEALTH CENTERS PROVIDES PRIMARY MEDICAL, DENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES AT TEN LOCATIONS. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, INCLUDING LOW-COST AND DONATED SERVICES FOR LOW-INCOME AND INDIGENT PERSONS. THE CLINICS ARE PARTIALLY FUNDED BY AN OPERATING GRANT FROM THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES. FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED MAY 31, 2022, 18,635 PATIENTS WERE SERVED THROUGH 66,084 BILLABLE ENCOUNTERS. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, MOUNTAIN FAMILY HEALTH CENTERS OPENED FIVE NEW SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CENTER SITES IN THE ROARING FORK SCHOOL DISTRICT. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, MOUNTAIN FAMILY PROVIDED APPROXIMATELY 9,542 COVID VACCINES TO THE COMMUNITY.
