ALLIED HOUSING, INC. OWNS A 1% INTEREST IN THREE APARTMENT BUILDINGS THAT PROVIDE LOW INCOME HOUSING AND SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY IN DENVER, COLORADO. OUR GOAL IS TO SERVE OUR RESIDENTS AS WELL AS THE COMMUNITY THROUGH AN ON-SITE HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER OFFERING PHYSICAL THERAPY, EXERCISE AND HEALTHY LIVING CLASSES; MEDICAL CLINICS; AND PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AND LIFE-ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS TO ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS THROUGH KAVOD ON THE ROAD.
