SCHOLARSHIPS GRANTED TO FIRST AND SECOND YEAR POST SECONDARY STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN ACTIVE 4-H MEMBERS. AWARDS ARE BASED ON ACADEMIC MERIT, AND ACHIEVEMENT IN 4-H ACTIVITIES, SCHOOL, AND COMMUNITY. ALSO, GRANTS MAY BE AWARDED TO INDIVIDUAL 4-H MEMBERS TO ATTEND CITIZENSHIP FOCUS IN WASHINGTON, DC
