SCHOLARSHIPS WERE PROVIDED TO THE TOP 20 HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WITH THE HIGHEST GPAS AND TO THE TOP 10 WITH THE HIGHEST NUMBER OF SERVICE HOURS AT THE END OF THE THIRD QUARTER AT THE THREE CITY OF COCONUT CREEK PUBLIC HIGH SCHOOLS. THE TOP THREE IN THESE CATEGORIES RECEIVED SCHOLARSHIPS AT DAVE THOMAS EDUCATION CENTER.
$25,000 FUNDS FOR TEACHERS TO PROVIDE HOMEWORK HELP TO STUDENTS IN THE AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS WERE GIVEN TO THE 3 PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN THE CITY. $18,141 TEACHERS WROTE PROPOSALS FOR PROJECTS TO INSPIRE LEARNING.
