OPEN MOVEMENT - PRESENTED 222 EVENTS WITH OVER 949 ATTENDEES. THESE EVENTS WERE HELD IN OUR LAWRENCEVILLE, PA STUDIO & INCLUDE FREE CLASSES CENTERING ON MOVEMENT, MINDFULNESS, CONNECTION & WELLBEING. ALSO INCLUDING EQUITABLE, ENGAGING, ENJOYABLE, & FREE MOVEMENT CLASSES THAT INCLUDE YOGA, IMPROV, MINDFULNESS, STRENGTH & CONDITIONING, DANCE, & DANCE PARTIES. FINALLY, THERE IS WEEKLY HOSTING OF CLASSES WHERE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, FAMILIES, CAREGIVERS, & ALLIES PRACTICE MOVEMENT& MINDFULNESS AS A MEANS OF BUILDING WELL-BEING, SELF-AWARENESS & SOCIAL SKILLS.
OPEN SCHOOLS - 180 K=12 STUDENTS REACHED ACROSS 8 SCHOOLS + 19 SUMMER CAMP STUDENTS. FACILITATES YOUTH LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONAL & COLLECTIVE GROWTH. OFFERING TAILORED YOGA & MINDFULNESS CLASSES IN K-12 SCHOOLS, AFTER-SCHOOL, & SUMMER CAMP SESSIONS TO MEET INDIVIDUAL PHYSICAL, MENTAL & BEHAVORIAL SUPPORT NEEDS IN A TEAM/COMMUNITY ATMOSPHERE.

THIS PROGRAM ASSESSES WELLNESS PRIORITIES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY & EXPLORES TOOLS & AFFINITY GROUPS TO HELP NAVIGATE & EXPLORE INDIVIDUAL & COLLECTIVE GROWTH THROUGH COMMUNITY STORYTELLING & CONVERSATIONS AROUND WELLNESS & IDENTITY. THROUGH TARGETED WORK TO LOWER DIVIDES BETWEEN PEOPLE WHO INDENTIFY AS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES & THOSE WHO DO NOT & TO EXPLORE THE INTERSECTIONS OF RACE & DISABILITY. THE GOAL IS TO INCREASE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR EVERYONE.
