LICENSE PLATE READER (LPR) FUND WAS SET UP AS OTHER INCOME TO BE A PASS-THROUGH FOR DONATIONS FROM COA, VHCA, VA-HI DISTRICT ASSOCIATION, VHSP MEMBERS AND NEIGHBORS. THESE FUNDS WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE ATLANTA POLICE FOUNDATION FOR THEACQUISITION OF THE LICENSE PLATE READERS. THE READERS WILL BE OWNED AND MAINTAINED BY THE CITY OF ATLANTA.
