COMMUNITY ROOTS MIDWIFE COLLECTIVE SUPPORTS THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF PREGNANT PEOPLE, FAMILIES AND THOSE OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE, BY PROVIDING COMPASSIONATE, HIGH QUALITY, AND COMPREHENSIVE MIDWIFERY CARE.

IN 2022 CRMC CARED FOR 50 PEOPLE IN THE PRENATAL, BIRTH, POSTPARTUM, INFANT, LACTATION AND WELL-PERSON CARE WITH 25% OF CLIENTS ACCESSING THE MIDWIFERY SERVICE FUND SLIDING SCALE/ SUBSIDY PROGRAM. CRMC CONTINUES WEEKLY MILK CIRCLE GROUPS AND NURSING NOOK AT PUBLIC EVENTS TO SUPPORT INFANT FEEDING, 4TH TRIMESTER SUPPORT, AND MEET THE MIDWIVES EVENTS TO EDUCATE THEIR COMMUNITY ABOUT MIDWIFERY CARE.
