ENTITY IS ORGANIZED TO REPRESENT A VERY DIVERSE GROUP OF ENERGY MARKET PARTICIPANTS RANGING FROM LOAD SERVING ENTITIES, SUPPLIERS, MARKETERS AND PRIVATELY HELD COMMODITY TRADING FIRMS. THE MISSION OF THE ENTITY IS TO ADVOCATE FOR MARKETS THAT ARE OPEN, TRANSPARENT, COMPETITIVE AND FAIR - ALL OF WHICH ARE NECESSARY ATTRIBUTES FOR MARKETS TO ULTIMATELY BENEFIT ELECTRICITY CONSUMERS.

CONTINUED ROBUST ADVOCACY ON MARKET DESIGN AND THE VALUE OF FINANCIAL PARTICIPANTS IN THE ENERGY SPACE.


CONTINUED TO ADVOCATE IN FRONT OF THE VARIOUS MARKETS ON PRICING AND FEE RELATED RULES. WE HAVE ALSO ADVOCATED TO EXPAND PRODUCTS FOR THE ENERGY TRANSITION. THESE EFFORTS CULMINATED IN MULTIPLE FILINGS WITH THE FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION AND SEVERAL SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS BEFORE THE MARKETS AND REGULATORS.
