(SHMD) IS TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITHIN THE TRI-COUNTY AREA OR CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS THAT SERVICE THAT AREA, WHO ARE EXPERIENCING MONETARY HARDSHIP OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS DUE TO LIFE CHANGING SERIOUS, LONG-TERM MEDICAL OR SUDDEN CATASTROPHIC EVENTS.
