GRANTS ARE PROVIDED IN THE FORM OF FUNDS, SERVICES, OR GOODS TO ENSURE THE BENEFICIARIES HAVE BASIC NECESSITIES SUCH AS FOOD, CLOTHING, HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE AS APPLICABLE.
