BY BRINGING TOGETHER LOCAL AGENCIES, RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMITTED INDIVIDUALS, HAND IN HAND ENDEAVORS TO STRENGTHEN THE WHOLE COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A SAFE AND DIGNIFIED HOME FOR THE COMMUNITY'S MOST AT-RISK NEIGHBORS. THE PATHWAY TO ACCOMPLISHING HAND IN HAND'S VISION IS THROUGH THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW STRATEGICALLY LOCATED FACILITY IN GLYNN COUNTY THAT UTILIZIES THE NATIONALLY PROVEN SUCCESS OF A HOUSING FIRST MODEL.
