THE ORGANIZATION IS A PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION THAT SHALL BE ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND OTHER PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS AS ARE DESCRIBED IN L70(C)(2)(B), 50L(C)(3), 2055(A)(2), AND 2522(A)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED (THE "CODE"), OR CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS OF ANY SUBSEQUENT FEDERAL TAX LAWS. WE EQUIP RESIDENTS WITH THE REQUIRED SKILLS TO LIVE A PRODUCTIVE LIFE, ALL WHILE EXPERIENCING THE FREEDOM THAT ONLY COMES FROM A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH RAPHA, GOD THE HEALER.
